1️⃣ Room Booking Cancellation

Free Cancellation: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled check-in date are eligible for a full refund.

Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before check-in will attract a 50% charge of the total booking amount.

No-Show: Guests who do not arrive without prior notice will be charged 100% of the booking fee for the first night.

2️⃣ Group Bookings & Event Reservations

For group bookings, conferences, or event hall reservations, cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to the event date for a full refund.

Cancellations made within 7 days will incur a 30% cancellation fee.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event date will attract a 50% cancellation fee.

3️⃣ Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days to the original mode of payment.

In the case of bank transfer payments, guests are required to provide valid bank account details for refund processing.

4️⃣ Non-Refundable Rates

Certain special rates, promotional offers, and discounted bookings may be marked as non-refundable. These bookings are not eligible for refunds or free changes once confirmed.

5️⃣ Changes to Reservation

Guests may modify their reservation dates (subject to availability) at least 48 hours before the original check-in date without any penalty.

Date changes requested less than 48 hours before check-in may incur charges.

CP-Villa Hotel shall not be held liable or required to provide refunds for cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or other force majeure events.
